Was extremely impressed with his understanding of the process and how he made certain that I and the insurance company were properly informed on all aspects. The options available were also thoroughly explained and Eli provided samples as well as explained features of each - not something other roofing companies have done in the past with replacements. His crew are top notch - they took great care to cover places where necessary and their cleanup was impeccable and fast. Replacement of roof, gutters and some trim work as well - all done with outstanding results. My experience with Eli and Orbit was more like working with a friend/relative and I knew he was a man of good character whom I could trust the first day we met when he looked at the roof. If anyone is looking for a roofing contractor - I highly recommend Eli and his team. The roof and components/vents, etc all look great and I couldn't be more pleased with the results."
